Panel Fabrication

TVC builds custom control panels in our UL 508A shop. During the project design phase, detailed project drawings are generated, including panel layouts, power distribution, point-to-points and system architecture drawings. Once these drawings are approved, fabrication commences.

Trained and fully qualified technicians perform precise measurements and layout calculations, drill and tap exact mounting holes, and build specialized mounting brackets to turn plain equipment panels into customized user interface equipment adapted to control the buyers delicate process.

All of TVC’s manufacturing practices are environmentally safe and our team of highly trained technicians use only the safest products. All paint is lead free, all hydraulic fluid is biodegradable and recycling both paper and metal is of the utmost importance.

All of our panels undergo a thorough checkout before they are shipped to the customer’s jobsite. We hard-wire all of our systems to simulators so that each and every point, control sequence and alarm can be tested before the system leaves our facility.
