Mr. Nels Tyring , CEO, is TVC's founder began his active involvement in the fields of automation, instrumentation, and control in 1954. Mr. Tyring has twice served in the position of Vice President on the Exectutive Board of ISA, The Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society. He is currently a Director Emeritus of the Publications Department of ISA, and served on the SP95 Industrial Software Standards Committee. Mr. Tyring is a past member of the governing board Executive Council of the Control and Information System Integrators Association, Inc. (CSIA); was a founder and a past Chairman of the Executive Board of The Automation Alliance Group, LLC (AAG); is Senior Member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers; is active in the International District Heating and Cooling Association; is a founding member of the Industrial Computing Society, a past member of this Society's Executive Board, and was elected to the honored position of Fellow in that Society; and serves on the Faculty Advisory Committee of the New Hampshire Technical Institute. Mr. Tyring has published and delivered papers and tutorials as well as participating in many panel discussions in respected international technical conferences and journals on the subjects of control systems integration, industrial software and the future of the industry. Although Nels Passed away in December 2008, we continue to acknowledge his major contribution to our long history and experience in Industrial Automation and Controls.
	Ms. Linda Tyring , President and Chief Operating Officer, has been associated with TVC Systems since 1975. Ms. Tyring is a Senior Member of ISA and recognized as a Level III Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST); is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Ms. Tyring is certified in Human Resources Management and Project Management, and has many years of extensive Project Management experience in Control and Information Systems Integration with TVC Systems.
	Adam Sargent - Chief Technology Officer Adam is our Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for all production at TVC Systems, management of all projects, and technical direction for the company. His experience includes all facets of control system project engineering; including technical proposals, hardware and software design, hardware configuration, programming, simulation, field checkout, commissioning, training, and warranty support. Adam is CCST Level II certified.
	Joanne Morrill - VP of Engineering Joanne is our Vice President of Engineering. She is responsible for all proposal activity at TVC Systems, upkeep of the company networking systems and she acts in assisting to the Chief Technology Officer with the managerial functions of our projects. Joanne is also our Quality Assurance Manager with responsibility for all quality activities. These include maintenance of TVC ‘s quality control manual, all quality procedures, all quality tracking reports, all testing and progress and final shipping approvals.
	Jim Fradsham - VP of Manufacturing and Services Jim Fradsham is our Vice President of Manufacturing and Services. He is responsible for overseeing all hardware design, drafting, shop production and testing of all control panels at TVC Systems. Jim’s extensive experience includes electrical and mechanical installation supervision, field checkout, startup, loop testing, calibration, commissioning, training, and warranty support. Jim is CCST Level II certified.
	Melanie Pergerson - Manager of Purchasing and Documentation Melanie is our Manager of Purchasing, Technical Documentation Manager and Assistant Quality Assurance Manager. She is responsible for the procurement of all materials for TVC’ s varied projects, including field instrumentation and control panel equipment.
	Colleen Conte - Lead Draftsperson Colleen is our Design Drafting Technician. At TVC Systems she is responsible for creating wiring diagrams to job specifications, and implementation of schematics to finished product, which include panel layouts, point to points, communication and system architecture drawings.
	Ralph Spinelli - Senior Engineer Ralph is one of our Senior Project Engineers. His responsibilities at TVC Systems include system design, PLC and HMI programming, and field startup, systems maintenance and support. His experience includes hardware and software design, hardware configuration, programming, simulation, field checkout, commissioning, training, and warranty support.
